Focusing on the whole person, Dawn works in partnership with each patient to design a diabetes management plan that fits with their lifestyle. Dawn is skilled at helping patients make small changes that have a big impact on their health. Other areas of interest include cardiovascular disease, hypertension, weight loss, and general nutrition.
